Despite his young age, Scottish master chef Tristin Farmer has already built an impressive career, working in some of the world's most renowned kitchens.
His culinary talent has played a key role in securing and maintaining Michelin stars at restaurants such as Petrus, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, and Maze by Gordon Ramsay, as well as earning accolades at Marina Social in Dubai.
In 2018, he moved on to restaurant Zén in Singapore, where he truly excelled, helping to develop its unique concept that blends Nordic and Japanese cuisine. Zén swiftly earned two Michelin stars and was awarded a third in 2021.

The much-acclaimed chef Tristin Farmer has now established his own restaurant in Dubai. When visiting the Japanese Pagoda this summer, guests will enjoy the opportunity to sample his latest, more personal culinary vision. The pop-up restaurant, Maison Dali, is a relaxed brasserie that reflects his gastronomic journey and diverse background as a star chef in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and, most notably, Singapore.
