TRI
The Japanese Pagoda

The essence of the North Sea, the Limfjorden inlet, and the surrounding nature

TRI’s menu is shaped by the bounty of Denmark’s west coast and the inlets of North Jutland, with ingredients specially sourced for the pop-up restaurant in Tivoli Gardens.
Expect a wild and imaginative experience, featuring North Sea treasures such as fish, oysters, seaweed, algae, pinecones, dill blossoms, mushrooms, nuts, bee pollen, cornflowers, and rosehips. While the flavours are deeply rooted in Nordic traditions, the craftsmanship and techniques reflect an international approach. A highlight on the menu is “Best Cheese Dish of 2024,” featuring Blå Kornblomst blue cheese, rosehips, and walnuts.
Visit TRI in The Japanese Pagoda from April 23 to May 31.

About TRI
Restaurant TRI, located in the coastal town of Agger, is Denmark’s northwesternmost Michelin-starred restaurant, renowned for its distinctive culinary style deeply rooted in one of the country’s most remote regions. Every dish reflects a profound respect for the surrounding nature and its ingredients.
Nicolas Min Jørgensen, former captain of the Danish National Culinary Team and former Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Substans in Aarhus, founded this secluded restaurant in mid-2022, which quickly gained critical acclaim and prestigious awards.

“We celebrate the essence of the region and the season on every plate, year-round. This uniquely local experience is what we are bringing to Tivoli Gardens, and we look forward to delighting its visitors with the flavours of vast pine plantations, picturesque meadows, and the roaring North Sea.”
Nicolas Min Jørgensen, Head Chef & Owner
