Get the Tivoli App
You can download the Tivoli app for smartphones with operating systems that use at least iOS 13+ or Android 10+. Click the link relevant to your phone and download the app now.
Get ride photos
After experiencing the Roller Coaster, Demon, Mine, Vintage Cars, The Flying Trunk, Villa Vendetta, or Milky Way in Tivoli Gardens, you can download your ride photos directly to your phone.
Simply download the Tivoli app, create a My Tivoli profile, and log in before your ride.
Here’s how:
1. Open the Tivoli app, which you can download for free from the App Store and Google Play.
2. Create a My Tivoli profile or log in.
3. Hop on one of the rides offering ride photos —and enjoy the ride!
4. Open the app and click on “ride photo” (the balloon icon).
5. Find your photo on the screen at the ride.
6. Scan the QR code on the photo.
7. Select the photo in the app and tap "Download."
Access to Tivoli Lux and benefits
Tivoli Lux is a benefits program offering exclusive advantages and discount for Tivoli Pass holders. All types of Tivoli Passes* provide access to the benefits program.
To access Tivoli Lux, you’ll need:
- A valid Tivoli Pass registered in your name.
- To download the Tivoli app on your smartphone, create a My Tivoli profile, and link your Tivoli Pass to this account.
To use the benefits in the Tivoli app, your My Tivoli profile must use the same name and email address registered with your Tivoli Pass.
*Please note that certain special passes also grant access to Tivoli Lux, including Shareholder Passes, Tivoli Business Club Passes, VIP Passes, Exclusive Passes, and Companion Passes. Many of these are not available for public purchase and are issued directly by Tivoli Gardens.
Having trouble logging in?
If you’re unable to log in, it could be because you haven’t created a My Tivoli profile yet, or you may not have verified your profile, which must be done within 24 hours of creation. If more than 24 hours have passed, please visit the Tivoli Box Office, contact our Call Centre, or email tivolikort@tivoli.dk for assistance.
