The Tivoli Youth Guard's Summer Copenhagen parade

On special occasions, the Tivoli Youth Guard marches through Strøget, and this year you can experience this traditional parade in celebration of the opening of Summer in Tivoli on Friday, March 4, at 16:00, as well as Tivoli's birthday on Thursday, August 15, at 15:30.
The parade starts from Kongens Nytorv, proceeds through Strøget, across City Hall Square, and enters Tivoli through the Main Entrance.

The Tivoli Youth Guard consists of 100 members aged 9-16, who attend the Tivoli Youth Guard’s music school.
On weekends, they don their striking red uniform jackets and bearskin hats to entertain Tivoli’s guests.
