Melody Gardot

Melody Gardot

You can start looking forward to July when jazz star Melody Gardot fills The Tivoli Concert Hall with her graceful vocals. The concert is presented in collaboration with All Things Live and Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2025.

It promises to be an extraordinary concert, as Melody Gardot is one of the greatest living voices and songwriters in jazz and soul, belonging to the absolute jazz elite. She has delighted critics worldwide and is known for taking the live stage with emotional depth and remarkable presence.

Melody Gardot's talent is as significant as the story behind her incredible jazz career. At the age of 19, she was hit by a car and suffered severe injuries. For a long time, bossa nova was the only music she could tolerate listening to. Since then, Gardot has made jazz her livelihood, and although she still physically struggles with her injuries today, her music is both fragile and immensely strong at the same time.

Her original style has also become almost iconic – with dark glasses, she takes the stage and holds the audience in the palm of her hand with bite, edge, and melancholic tones that glide across genres like blues, jazz, and R&B.

Tickets will be available on Thursday, March 13th at 10:00 AM.
