The Flavours of Tivoli takes you on a journey through the culinary history of Tivoli Gardens.

For many, a visit to Tivoli Gardens is inextricably linked to the taste of ice cream cones, candyfloss, open sandwiches, and the many other culinary delights the Gardens have offered throughout its history. This exhibition gathers some of the best food stories for visitors of all ages.

Discover the cost of a bowl of turtle soup 100 years ago, browse historical open sandwich slips and menus, and learn about the introduction of the childhood classic, candyfloss, along with much more.

The exhibition is located in the Pergola at Festival Square, in front of Tivoli Concert Hall. It is open daily during Tivoli’s opening hours throughout the Tivoli Food Festival.
