In this workshop, you’ll learn to make three delicious, protein-rich dips that can elevate any dish. You’ll be guided through the process of creative seasoning, helping you hit just the right flavour every time. Say goodbye to dull dressings and mayo – and hello to rich, flavour-packed alternatives!

 

We’ll test, taste and tweak as we go – and of course, you’ll get to enjoy your creations served with crispy fries. You’ll leave with your dips, the recipes, and a healthy dose of kitchen confidence.

 

Allergies and dietary needs are taken into account, so you can choose to make your dip with a base of:

  • Tofu
  • Eggs
  • Cottage cheese

Hannah Grant is renowned for her ability to fuse great taste with high performance. Formerly chef for Danish cycling athlete Bjarne Riis’ team and a regular guest on Danish breakfast TV, she’s spent years inspiring both athletes and food lovers alike. She’s currently working on her seventh cookbook, which explores how to easily boost your meals with more protein.
