The kitchen offers simple and tasty breakfast dishes, along with a lunch and dinner menu inspired by international cuisine – with a hint of Asian flair. The menu features modern takes on fish, poultry, meat, and vegetables.

Bryggeriet Apollo is located between Vesterbrogade and Tivoli – with entrances from both sides. We are Denmark’s first microbrewery, and we’re still brewing actively in our hand-hammered copper kettles. You'll always find at least four varieties of house-brewed beer on tap – and of course, a well-curated wine list.
