On the Live Kitchen stage, chef Gorm Wisweh will guide you through the world of pizza. He’ll explore dough, gluten geekery, sourdough, tomato sauce, and a rebellion against the Danish habit of over-topping pizzas.
Gorm Wisweh, a food-loving chef from Bornholm, is best known for his thin, crispy Roman-style pizzas, though his passion extends to broader Italian-Nordic gastronomy.
For 15 years, Gorm has been a regular face on Danish breakfast TV and has hosted several food programmes, including 2 kokke og nogle fisk and 2 kokke laver mad.
