Experience ISTID on May 17th in Tivoli Gardens

At ISTID, they are revolutionizing the ice cream experience with their unique method: they freeze their ice cream with liquid nitrogen, giving it a silky smooth texture and a fresher taste.

For Norway’s National Day, they have developed two special ice creams – both with a Norwegian twist. Experience ISTID as they demonstrate and make ice cream with liquid nitrogen – and, of course, there will be samples (though in limited quantities).

For Anniken Sand, who is from Norway and one of the two CEO's of ISTID, May 17th is a special day:

"As a child, May 17th was the one day of the year when we could eat as many ice creams as we wanted – a tradition I have happily passed on to my own children, even though we live in Copenhagen.  
So it has been a very special experience to create Norwegian ice creams for the celebration of Norway’s National Day at Tivoli. Creating flavors that bring me back to my childhood has been a joy in itself – and I hope they will bring the same happiness to everyone who tastes them."
