May 17th Concert with LiveStrings

May 17th Concert with LiveStrings
May 17th will be dedicated to Norway and music, as we once again host a May 17th Concert at the Orangery, with Live Johansson leading the way. Live has arranged a diverse musical program and invited some of the best musicians to spread the good Norwegian spirit in Tivoli.
The Norwegian star, mezzo-soprano Tuva Semmingsen, moves in the intersection of musical genres. For the occasion of May 17th, she will perform with the Nordic string-quartet LiveStrings, pianist Nicolai Kornerup, and guitarist Mads Reinhold Hansen at Tivoli. Together, they will play a delightful mix of classical music, traditional Norwegian songs, and popular music from Norway—everything you need for a May 17th celebration.
Everyone is invited to the people's celebration! We guarantee that you'll be in a good mood and get a taste of an authentic celebration of Norway’s National Day.
Later this evening LiveStrings will be performing together with the norwegian drummer, singer and rapper Øyunn: Øyunn X LiveStrings
